This position is fully remote and you will be able to work permanently from your home.

Job Description

Including, but not limited to the following:

  • Develop and execute bespoke marketing campaigns and communications strategies that generate quality lead generation and product awareness to prospects and clients
  • Lead the development of programmatic media strategies and analysis, establishing best practices for ongoing campaign planning and management; effectively track testing and results to continually optimize content
  • Support the development of sales programs, backed by data-driven insights to achieve sales acquisition and retention targets
  • Oversee corporate communication activities, both internal and external, along with managing public relations efforts
  • Provide individual contribution for content creation (creative and messaging) and execution with business operation collaboration
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills to oversee and coordinate marketing initiatives. Efficiently plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns
  • Own creation and management of marketing budgets, routinely evaluating marketing activities using ROI, productivity and performance metrics; apply strong budget management skills to ensure efficient resource allocation and optimal results.
  • Oversee and manage marketing vendor relationships; define special projects, ensure deliverables are met, and provide status reports
  • Work closely with data analytics teams to generate data requirements, establish analytics trackers and data pacing documents to communicate optimization needs and performance metrics
  • Synthesize complex data in Excel across multiple sources to glean actionable insights and communicate trends across organization leaders and junior team members. Use data analysis to set, track and report data to anticipate and/or react to promotional course corrections, as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline required, MBA preferred
  • Healthcare and/or physician recruitment experience is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in digital and progressive B2B marketing
  • 3 years in a leadership role managing marketing professionals required
  • Self-motivated, innovative, ability to work independently and multi-task.
  • Superior attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Excellent personnel and team management skills including training, mentoring and coaching
  • Excellent communication, organization and time management skills. Proven ability to influence others and gain buy-in from key stakeholders across all levels
  • Proven track record of enhancing campaign performance across digital advertising, event support, web presence and public relations
  • Experience with Marketing Automation tools
